Scisive to present at BIO International 2009 Convention

Mr Robert Easton, Chairman of Scisive Consulting LP, will participate in the session on “Buying, Selling, and Dealing with Biotech Assets in the Distressed Financial Environment” at the BIO Convention held in Atlanta, Georgia. The session is attracting high interest as access to capital is the most critical issue facing biotechnology and other medical companies. The panel, to be moderated by Mr Joel Papernik, a Mintz Levin partner in corporate practice, will also feature Mr Stephen Sands, Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at Lazard Fréres.
